サクッと昼のみで上野駅周辺を散策してみました。
かなり前ですがこの付近で飲んだことがあり、路面店の入りやすいこちらに決定です。
外にも三テーブルほど席があってどの席もうまっていました。
中にはカウンター席と、椅子席がたくさんありましたがお昼にもかかわらずかなりの入りでしたね。
メニューは鳥料理中心に展開されていてその日のおすすめ料理もありました。
まずはエクストラコールドで喉を潤します。
オーダーはQRコードとかではなく、口頭で。
店員さんを呼ぶとさっときてくださるので、QRよりもずっと助かりました。
席からは厨房が見えていて、一生懸命鳥の串うちをしていました。その場で打っているとは驚きです。
まずはサラダのボリュームにびっくりです。
シャキシャキレタスにちゃんと揚げたての鶏もも肉がたっぷり乗っていてボリュームのある一品です。
チーズが中に入った厚焼きたまごも失礼ながら期待をしていませんでしたが、ちゃんと卵焼き器でじゅうじゅうと焼いたふわトロのだし巻きでした。
なだれのようにたっぷりと入ったチーズが美味しいです。
焼きものについては盛り合わせや肉巻きをいくつかオーダーしましたが、さすが串うちをその場でしているだけありむっちりと肉厚で焼き加減も絶妙、香ばしくカリッと焼いてありお酒が進んでしまう美味しさでした。
特に鶏の捏はざっくりとした鶏の旨みがとてもジューシーで濃厚なタレの香ばしさを月見の卵でマイルドにさせ、いくらでも食べられてしまいそうな美味しい捏でした。
最後に頼んだ餃子ですが、なんと鶏餃子の選択肢がありました。鶏肉の旨みが実にさっぱりとしていて美味しいです。
なんだかんだで色々と注文しましたが、どれも外れなく美味しかったです。
お値段も全体的にお安いので上野での飲みはここ一択ですね。
