今日は月一回の上野での朝飲みの日。
中国駐在から帰任後はや4ヶ月。。ちょっと本場の中華が恋しくなったので、このお店で朝飲み。^_^
店員さん全員中国の人で落ち着く。
8:30でお客さんの入りは2/3。
注文は
・白ホッピー
・ザーサイ
・落花生炒め
・ピータン
・牛肉醬油煮
・蒸し鶏の葱塩
計1,304円
超お安い。電車代含めても来たかいあり。
ザーサイは自家製っぽくて新鮮で塩っけ少なめ。
ピータンは日本人好みのあっさり度。
牛肉は軽めの香辛料で抵抗無し。
蒸し鶏は葱塩と言いつつ葱+酢じょうゆタレ。
スッキリしていない中国の茶色い酢は味わいがあって◎。
店員さんの中国語を聞きながらホッピーと小皿料理で朝ごはん。とっても幸せ。
味全体はちょっとあっさり&八角とかの独特の香辛料は控え目にしているものの、十分がち中華水準。来て食べて満足。
自宅近くにあったら週3回は通うなーっと言うコスパでした。
