Hotei-chan is always crowded, so it's definitely popular. I was hungry, so I ordered Soupless Tantanmen It was just the right amount of spicy with a hint of Japanese pepper, and it was delicious. The fried chicken skin, red, is a sweet and spicy snack of chicken skin, and it's addictive lol. The horse mackerel nanbanzuke is a recommended dish for those who love marinades. They have a wide variety of sour drinks, which is helpful.
