連食画策でカロリー消費の為に一軒目から歩いてお店探し。
行った事の無かったこちらに日曜の17時訪問で店内2人。
基本は清湯と白湯の二本立てだったので、好みの清湯を醤油で購入。
提供されたラーメンで先ず目につくのは独特な器の形。
どこのお店だか忘れたけど、凄い昔にスープが飲み易い様に開発したって器と似てる。
スープは鶏の旨味が全面に出たタイプで美味しい。
麺は細麺か太麺を選べるので細麺にした。
全粒粉入りで若干縮れている。
具材は豚と鶏のチャーシュー各1枚・レンコン・タケノコ・青菜・ネギで特に鶏チャーシューがしっとり柔らかくて美味しかったし、全体的に彩りが綺麗。
店構えや器等含めてオシャレな造りで女性1人でも入り易そうなイメージ。
次回は白湯にしてみるかな。
