御徒町駅最寄りとなる案山子へ。週末のアメ横、また御徒町周辺はインバウンドも多く、大変な人の賑わい。活気ありすぎです。
一階は、コの字カウンター席の奥に厨房、二階席も用意されてます。メニューは鶏清湯醤油、鶏清湯塩、鶏白湯醤油、鶏白湯塩、清湯つけ麺、白湯つけ麺。限定は担々麺系と煮干し系がありましたが後者は完売となっていました。清湯から醤油をいただきます。細/中/太麺から選べる麺は細麺を。
特徴的な器で提供される一杯。レンコン、姫竹、二種のチャーシューなどトッピング沢山。スープは鶏の旨さが濃厚、かつ豊かなひろがり。醤油ダレのキレと優しさが加わり、心地よい味わい。細麺は小麦風味が物凄く強く、旨みたっぷりのスープにがっちり組み合います。豚、鶏チャーシュー、その他トッピングも美味な一杯。ごちそうさまでした。
