A restaurant for mushroom lovers. Used for lunch. The ``Kinoko Nabe'' menu is available only on weekdays and is served in a single-person hot pot, making it easy to eat. The soup stock is so delicious that it has so much flavor from the mushrooms. You can choose between rice and noodles for the shime. There is a sauce corner set up where you can make your own sauce for the hotpot. Every sauce on this dish was exquisite. I want to eat endless mushrooms with this sauce. Another new flavor was grilled lamb. It comes on a skewer like Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The spices are tangy, Japanese pepper, and cumin, and the flavor is indescribable and addictive. Everything was delicious and satisfying, but I regret that I was too full to eat the Maitake ice cream. next time.
