平日の12時30分に行くとお客さん0
やな予感するが引き返せずそのまま着席。頼み方が分からず、店員さんに聞くも、店員さんもタッチパネルの使い方がわからない模様。新しい店なのか。昔来たことがあるが綺麗になっていた。
麻辣刀削麺330円に羊肉、もやし、小松菜、パクチーそれぞれ100円でトッピングして出てきたのがこのデフォルト。
注文して10分で出てくる。
まずは一口、悪くない。しっかり唐辛子と山椒が効いている。少し甘さも感じられる。好きなスープです。が、なんか物足りない。深さがない。味が単調なのかもしれない。麺はもちもち生麺で美味しい。羊肉も悪くない。
なんだろ、、この感動の無さは。
肉がたったの４枚なのか、自分でトッピングする事で味が想像できたからなのか、黄色の器に謎のお面がプリントしているからなのか。
とにかく感動しない。
そして、中国の歌謡曲がひっきりなしに流れているが、電波悪いのか飛びまくってすごく不協和音です。
しかし、ひっきりなしにUber系のお兄さんが来ます。そーゆー店なのか。
