上野でふらふらラーメン屋を探していたのですが点数が高いお店はどこも並んでいるのでパス。こちらも食べ点が高かったのですが繁華街の少し外れにあって昼の部の終わりに訪れ、空いてたので入店。
ラーメン店には珍しく食券にグラスワインがあったので迷わずオーダー。赤が品切れで白が来ました。値段は380円とまぁ良心的。ワインの味は激安ワインの味ではなく銘柄は調べませんでしたが美味しい。昼時、深めのグラスでワインを回しながらラーメン屋のカウンターで嗜む白ワインは格別でした。
⭐️鶏白湯 極白1380円
麺は淡白。スープは上品な鶏ポタージュ。鴨肉のロースト、肉巻きアスパラ、ブロッコリーと一般的なラーメンとはかけ離れた具材でコース料理を食べているような感覚。ワインが置いてあるのも納得。優雅なランチを過ごせました。ご馳走様です。
