噂の《ポン酢たれ》を賞味しに系列の上野店に
お邪魔しました。
上野・湯島界隈は焼肉、ホルモン激戦区。
お店は大小10卓ほどのテーブルとカウンター全然が6席程の店内。
噂の《ポン酢タレ》・・・こちらの店舗は
ポン酢にみじん切り大根の亀戸本店は違い
ポン酢にネギが入ってる様だ。
（チェーン店なのになぜ？ 店によって違うのか？）
内心少し残念感。
注文は
生ビール（一番搾り）×２杯、レモンサワー×３杯
トマトジュース、乳酸菌ハイ
（残念ポイント・・・ノンアルコールビールが無い）
キムチ・・・白菜とカクテキの混合
もやしナムル・・・意外と旨い！
タン塩・・・多分たん元の部分、気持ち臭みが
ハラミ（たれ）・・・まーまー
シマチョウ（塩）・・・ぷりぷり感有でgood
上ミノ（辛味噌）・・・辛味噌断然おすすめ！
牛レバー（塩）・・・ちゃんと焼きましょう
豚ナンコツ（塩）・・・薄切りで食べやすい
ツラミ（塩）・・・薄切りだけど肉肉しい
コブクロ（辛味噌）・・・爆発に要注意^_^
辛クッパ・・・ご飯少なくおじや風
ポン酢とホルモンの相性は良いのは確認できました。（やっぱり本店と同じ物が食べたかった）
肉、ホルモンは流石激戦区だけあって味は確か！
