A 2-minute walk from Ueno-Okachimachi Station, we visited the 2nd branch of `` Hamburg & Steak Cafeterias Clauso'', which claims to offer the best Hamburg of your life. I had saved up about 1,000 yen in Tabelog points, so I made a reservation for this restaurant at 11am on a Saturday. It's a popular restaurant that was full from the moment we entered! I ordered Hamburg Steak (demi-glace sauce) 300g for 1,450 yen. The rice and salad set was served in about 25 minutes, and a large ohagi-like Hamburg was served. Garnishes include green beans, corn, and macaroni. Hamburg is cooked medium-rare and is meaty and delicious. The demi-glace sauce has a strong flavor that goes well with the rice. It was delicious till the end. I think I'll try 400g next time! By the time I left the store, there was a line of about 10 people...
