We have absolute confidence in the quality of our meat, such as the "one head platter", which is an assortment of A4 Japanese black beef. Particularly popular is the aged Cow tongue, which is aged for about two weeks before being served. Our signature dish, ``Aged Otoro Tongue'' and ``Aged Negi Negitan'', which is made by wrapping green onions in Cow tongue like a Gyoza / Dumpling to lock in all the flavor, are dishes that we hope many customers will enjoy.
