◆出色の一皿に変えて
ナポリから輸入した薪窯で焼き上げるピッツァが頂けるとのことなので、
てっきりピッツァを柱としたイタリアンかと思っていた。
なるほど、オーダーしたチポッラ＆プリマベーラのハーフ＆ハーフは
ふっかりしつつ軽く、好い意味でスナックの美味しさ。
しかし実際の料理のバリエーションは
イワシのマリネとナスのエスカリバーダのようなタパス有り、
秋田牛のローストビーフ有り、
仔羊と鴨のハンバーグ有りと各国の料理が揃い、
かつ和の食材が柔軟に取り入れられている。
お店の設えもN.Y.のヒップなレストランのようで都会的だ。
オーソドックスなピッツェリアやイタリアンももちろん好きだが、
様々な料理のいいとこ取りをインクルーシブに楽しむ、
そんな店の在り方が今日的で、これはこれで有りだなと思った。
