東京メトロ日比谷線仲御徒町駅Ａ7出口より徒歩約4分、アメ横商店街内
ビル2Fにあるお店「ベトナム料理 ハイズォンクアン 上野店」。
2月中旬の夕方に初めて訪れました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が全33席の広さ。私はカウンター席一番端席へと着座しました。
お店は厨房内にベトナム人女性シェフ、ホールはベトナム人男性のお2人で切り盛りされておりました。
この日はベトナム料理で一杯やろうと、「ウーロン茶割」(429円)を注文。
料理は卓上のメニューの中から
「豚のコリコリ焼きソーセージ(Dồi sụn nướng)」(1380円)
を注文しました。
「豚のコリコリ焼きソーセージ」は豚肉、ナンコツ、ピーナッツなどが
入った腸詰料理です。タイの東北地方のソーセージに似ていますが、
とても特徴的なのがナンコツやピーナッツのコリコリ感が凄く、ピリ辛い
スパイスが効いた味付けも相まってお酒のおつまみに最高です！(>_<) ｻｲｺｰ
お酒がグイグイ進む美味しさでこれを選んで正解でした。
ひとつだけ、お一人様用にハーフがあると有難いと思いました。
この日はウーロン茶割を2杯お替りしてお勘定しました。
