1年半前に新宿店におじゃましてますが順調に店舗数を増やしているようです
入店すると本格チャイナの内装で歓迎光臨と中国語で案内され、客層も我々以外は中国語を話しているガチ火鍋です
メニューは日本語併記のオーダーシート記入式なので非常に分かりやすくて好印象です
鍋に火を入れる前に開鴻運と書かれた紙を取るとスタッフ全員で何やら掛け声をかけてくれます
