唇辣道＠上野広小路にて、麻辣魚火鍋
上野広小路交差点にあるガチ四川火鍋のお店に二度目の訪問
今回はすでに川魚がスープで煮込まれた状態で提供される魚火鍋をオーダー
スープは麻辣と酸菜二択のどちらかで、カエルも追加した蛙魚火鍋もあります
タブレットでオーダーすると、しばらくして唐辛子と山椒がぷかぷか浮いた巨大な鍋がやってきます
まずはそのまま白身魚を楽しみます
何の魚なのかわからないですが臭みもなくてとても美味しいです
魚の他にもうずらキクラゲもやしなどの具材も入っており、一旦すべて食べ終えたら、通常の火鍋のようにオーダーした具材を鍋に入れて食べるスタイルになります
こちらの店員さんは日本語も堪能なので初めてでもおすすめ出来るガチ火鍋です
