唇辣道(CHUNLADAO)
上野広小路交差点から3軒目、VORT上野広小路ビル3Fにある火鍋のお店です。
ロゴはやたら唇が強調されているので、ややエロい印象もありますね。（笑）
中国語としては、唇が辛いというより、唇が熱いという意味合いが強いらしいです。
アイボリー基調の明るい店内、波打つ壁のデザインは柔らかい雰囲気を造っていますね。
ところで、テーブルの箸が逆向きにセットされてます。
『中華って、箸を逆向きにセットする？』
全てのテーブルの席が逆向きに見えるけど。。。と素朴な疑問。
と、思ったら、違った！
箸のホルダーに先端を取り付ける便利アイテムなのね！
左手でホルダーを持って、先端を右手で付けるからか。
なるほど！
◆ラム火鍋セット (1,080円 税込)
スープは、何種類かある中からキノコスープをチョイス。
付けダレにする調味料は、20種前後用意されている中から、セルフで自分好みで合わせます。
ぼくは、黒酢、香味油、腐乳、パクチー、ネギを合わせてさっぱりとしたタレにしました。
ご飯、すごい盛り方。（笑）
この鍋、小ぶりに見えますが、かなりボリュームがあります。
鍋の中に、豆腐、葉野菜、キノコ、タコウインナー、キクラゲなどぎっしり入っています。
ぼくオリジナルのさっぱりとしたタレに、ラム火鍋料理、ピッタリでした。
このランチはいけます！
