GWの後半がスタート、夏のような陽射しの中、
浅草から徒歩で訪れました。
スムージー飲んでケーキを買って自宅へ帰る途中、観光地の浅草で人混みに揉まれ、美しいデコレーションを少し崩してしまいました(T-T)
でも、麗しいケーキの美味しさは変わらない！

しっかり焼いてるタルトが大好きなのですが、今日は家族のリクエスト品にしました。
果実をそのまま食べているようなみずみずしさや香り、口溶けの良いクリームと土台のビスキュイ生地のサクサクした食感、こちらのケーキのバランス感は素晴らしいです。
ガラス張りの素敵なお店には甘い香りが漂っていました。次回は大好きなタルトを目当てに伺いたいです。
