地方から友人が帰省したので、食べログからネット予約。
ミシュラン店からの暖簾分けとのことで期待が膨らみます。
まずはハイボールで乾杯！
ドリンクの品揃えも豊富です。
最初にいただいたガリが飴色？だったので聞いてみたら赤酢で漬けているとのこと。これ、とまらない笑
てか、これだけで一杯飲めちゃうかも笑
●前菜三品
イカの真砂和え
アナゴの煮こごり
枝豆
イカ明太うまあい。酒がどんどんすすむ。
煮こごりは甘めでうまみが凝縮されています。
●いかしんじょうお椀
良いお出汁です。しんじょうもふんわり。
●お刺身三品
甘エビ、大トロ、いなだ
どれも新鮮でぷりぷり。大トロは一瞬で口の中から消えた（笑）
●いくら子丼ぶり
金箔が乗ったリッチ丼。
テンションあがります。
●茶碗蒸し
アツアツ、口どけなめらか。
出汁の香りも良くおいしい。
途中、日本酒が欲しくなり大将のおすすめを注文。

甘めだが、くどくなくうまかったー!
●天ぷら
車エビ、稚鮎、トウモロコシ、茗荷
まさかのここで天ぷらです。
鮨と天ぷらの最強タッグです。
もちろん揚げたて！サックサクでうまい！
そして、いよいよ握りです。
でもその前に。
追加で日本酒！おすすめしてもらった道後蔵酒が美味しかったので清酒の方も頼んでみた！
こちらもすっきりで美味しかった！

中トロ：初手の中とろけた～！！
いなだ：脂のノリもよくうまい
締め鯖：職人技光る締め具合。地味にしめ鯖大好きなんです。
天使海老：ぷりぷり、食感が楽しい。
雲丹：こぼれるほど乗ってる！！これ何杯でも食べれる...
ホタテ：身が分厚く、濃厚なうまみ！
握りの途中で頂いた一品料理やクロージングまでのデザートやお抹茶など飽きさせない豊富な品数だった！
トロ鉄火巻き、たまご焼き、揚げ出汁、赤だし
フルーツと抹茶のデザートと盛りだくさん！
ほんっとに、お腹いっぱいで最後まで楽しめました！
