ラオス生まれフランス育ちの友人に連れて行ってもらった上野のガチ中華。想像以上にガチ中国でした。
ランチで12時半に入店。その時はそんなに混んでなかったけど後からだんだん満席になりました。
厨房も店員さんも中国の方で、店内は中国語は公用語みたい。メニューはタブレット。友人が中国語ペラペラなので全てお任せして、川魚のガーリック麻辣煮みたいなのを頼みました。辛さ選べます。
ホットプレートに魚丸々1匹と黒豆豆腐、ジャガイモ、レンコン、エノキなどが麻辣ソースでグツグツ煮込まれています〜すごーい！
定食以外も1人260円＋でビュッフェ方式の副菜（白ごはん、きくらげの炒め物、豚軟骨揚げ、味玉、揚げパンなどなど）が食べ放題でした。
これだけで満腹になるのでほどほどに。
お客さんもほぼほぼ中国の方みたいで、飛び交う言葉に派手派手な店内。ちょっとした異国情緒を感じられるお店です。
