上野駅周辺で焼肉屋さんを探していたところ、以前から気になっていたこちらのお店があることを思い出したので、予約して行ってきました！上野広小路駅から徒歩30秒ほどの1階にあり、すぐ発見できました。系列の各店舗も近くにあります。開放感のあるお洒落な店内です。店員さんもフランクで活気がいいです。平日の仕事終わりに伺いましたが、仕事終わりのサラリーマン、友達同士、カップルなど様々なお客様が利用されてました。
この日は飲み放題付きの「厚切り厳選コース」を注文しました。もう少しリーズナブルない入門コースも展開されているので、用途に応じて使い分けてください。コースの内容は以下の通りです。
・キムチ盛り合わせ
・ごぉのまぜナムル
・シェフの気まぐれサラダ
・本日の新鮮刺し（センマイ）
・究極厚切り４点盛り

コース料理のみでもボリュームは十分だったのですが、ごぉ3号店さんならではのオリジナルメニューがあるとのことだったので追加でミルフィーユユッケも注文しました。お肉が美味しいのはもちろんのこと、サイドメニューも美味しすぎる！前菜のキムチ盛り合わせと混ぜナムルをいただいた時点でこのお店のコース当たりだ。と確信しました。飲み放題付きでこの価格もリーズナブルだと思います！特に美味しかったメニューを２つ紹介します。
1.ミルフィーユユッケ
表面を軽く炙った国産牛と刻み玉ねぎがミルフィーユ状になり、その上に卵黄が乗ったお店の看板メニュー。口の中でトロける上質なお肉の甘味と刻み玉ねぎの清涼感、タレが見事にマッチ。多幸感が堪らない。是非とも味わっていただきメニューです！
2.元祖闇焼き
特製のタレで味付けされた各種ホルモンとネギ・青唐辛子・ニンニクを絡めていただく、元祖闇焼き。お肉の濃い味とニンニクや青唐辛子のパンチが最高すぎる！白米と一緒にかき込みたくなってしまう！シマチョウが個人的には好きでした。
