上野御徒町エリアの焼肉激戦区にある「TOKYO焼肉ごぉ 3号店」に足を運びました。
このお店は、特に厚切りのお肉と限定メニューが人気らしく、友人に誘われて楽しみにしておりました。
初めての訪問ということで、友人が事前に予約をし、期待に胸を膨らませて店内へと入りました。
今回は「ごぉの厚切り厳選コース」（8,800円）を頂きました。
このコースには、キムチ盛り合わせ、ごぉのまぜナムル、シェフの気まぐれサラダ、本日の新鮮刺し、究極厚切り４点盛り、極上ロースと一口おにぎり、元祖闇焼き、ごぉ気合の〆物、そして本日のデザートが含まれてる豪華なコースです。
まずは、キムチ盛り合わせとごぉのまぜナムルを頂きました。キムチは程よい辛さで、ナムルは新鮮な野菜のシャキシャキ感が堪能できました。
シェフの気まぐれサラダもさっぱりとしており、次のお肉への期待を高めてくれました。
本日の新鮮刺しはセンマイで、シャキシャキとした食感が楽しめました。
メインのお肉は、「究極厚切り４点盛り」です。
特に感動したのは特選タンで、その脂の乗り具合と柔らかさには驚きました。
軽く噛むだけで口の中でとろけるような食感は、まさに極上の一品です。
特選ハラミもカイノミもジューシーで、焼き加減を調整しながら頂くと、溢れ出る肉汁が最高でした。
やはり肉は厚切りが最高！
追加で頼んだ「ミルフィーユユッケ」は、和牛ロースを軽く炙り、ネギ塩と交互に重ねた贅沢な一品です。
卵黄と絡めて食べると、まるで飲み物のように滑らかで、ユッケ好きにはたまらない逸品でした。
このメニューは3号店限定らしく、事前に予約が必須！必食です！
続いての「極上ロースと一口おにぎり」は、ジューシーなロースを一口サイズのおにぎりにのせて頂く一品です。
ロースの旨みとおにぎりの相性が抜群で、一口食べるたびに幸せな気持ちになります。
「元祖闇焼き」は、ハツ、ヤン、ホルモンを特製タレに漬け込み、青唐辛子やニンニク、ネギなどと一緒に頂くスタイルです。
ピリッとした辛さとホルモンのぷりぷり感がクセになる美味しさでした。
最後の締め物は「クッパ」でした。たっぷりの野菜が入っており、焼肉の締めにぴったりの優しい味わいでした。
お腹いっぱいになりながらも、心地よい満足感で満たされました。
接客も素晴らしく、スタッフの皆さんが丁寧に対応してくれました。
特に、お肉の焼き方やおすすめの食べ方を親切に教えてくれる点は、とても好感が持てました。
ずっと笑顔で接客してくれた店長さんっぽい人に感謝！
「TOKYO焼肉ごぉ 3号店」は、厚切りのお肉と新鮮な指しもの、そして心温まる接客が楽しめる素晴らしい焼肉店でした。
また訪れたいと思わせる魅力が詰まったお店です。
