JR上野駅より徒歩約1分の「上野の森さくらテラス」1Fにあるエスニック料理レストラン
「ASIAN RESTAURANT & BAR HALKA 上野の森さくらテラス店」。
12月下旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
こちら12月中旬にNewオープンしたばかりのお店で何だか初々しい感じがしますね (^-^)
私は2人掛けテーブル席へと案内されました。
この日は店内でメニューの撮影？をしており、少しバタバタとしておりました。
卓上のメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューはインドカレーのセットが数種類とタイ料理のセットが数種類。
その中からこの日は
「チャウメン」(900円)
※スープ、ドリンク付
をオーダーしました。
さほど待つ事無くチャウメンが上がりました。
「チャウメン」とはインド・ネパール風焼きそばで、麺はそばめしの様に細かくカットされた玉子麺。
具には鶏肉、玉葱、キャベツ、ネギ、炒り玉子など。
早速いただいてみました♪
醬油のような味わいのソースは旨味がありますね。
辛さは5段階で一番辛い激辛にしたので辛い味好きな自分的にはとても食が進みました。
具沢山で食べ応えもあり満足度が高いです。
スープは肉団子と野菜のスープで、エスニック料理のスープとしては意外な
あっさり味で美味しかったです。
程なく完食しました。
