J R上野駅下車、不忍口 徒歩1分圏内
さくらテラス１階に店舗があります。
令和3年(2021年)12月に新規オープンとのことです。
訪問したのは令和４年１月の休日、ランチタイムの訪問です。
ナマステランチ Aカレー 980円
(ベジタブルカレー、チャイをチョイス)
ナマステランチはカレーをAラインから選ぶと980円、
Bラインから選ぶと1080円です。
いずれもサラダとドリンク、ナンが付きます。
それほど待たずに直ぐに出していただきまして
熱々のナンとカレーに舌鼓。
ナンはフワッ もちっ。
焼きたてのおいしさ。
バターでしょうか、油分がしっとり、美味しいです。
カレーはベジタブルカレーにしたところ
ブロッコリーやインゲン豆、玉ねぎ、にんじん、じゃがいも、カリフラワー、ネギなど。野菜がたっぷり、ゴロゴロと入っていて大満足デス。
ルーについては、スパイスの味が抜群に美味しい。
大正解の味付けです。
静岡県で食べたインドカレーが凄く美味しくて、
その時のカレーの旨味を思い出しました。
サラダはレタスなど。ベーシックなサラダです。
ドレッシングが予めかけられています。
チャイはストレートな紅茶、生姜のお味という印象です。
カレーが濃いので、あっさりとしているチャイで
味のバランスがとれました。
すっかり海外旅行としてインドの方に行ったような気分を味わえました。
お店はサイドメニューにタイ料理がたくさん。
タイ料理なのか、インド料理屋さんなのか、
アジアンレストランですかね。
美味しいカレーをごちそうさまでした。
今は、東京都は「まん延防止重点措置期間」に突入したので飲食業界は大変だと思いますが、こうして新規オープンしたお店が美味しいと、「また来よう」と思えます。
