上野の森サクラテラス1階にあるアジアンレストラン『HALKA』さんに行って来ました♪
午後8時過ぎに来店。店内は先客で2組、そのうち1組は海外の方です。
メニューはタイ料理とインド料理が中心です。
ヤムタレー(サラダ)は少し辛味があり、オリーブやセロリ・ムール貝・海老・イカが沢山入った主食に近いサラダです。
タンドリーチキンは、家庭で作るタンドリーチキンとはまた違って、香辛料控えめで香ばしく焼かれてるのでクセになる味。追加注文してしまいました。
スパイシーピーナッツ
酸味と辛味があるが、これがピーナッツの香ばしいさとマッチする。辛い！辛い‼︎と言いながらマンゴーラッシーを飲み飲み食べる娘。
タンドリープラウン(写真撮り忘れ)
大きいエビが4匹、食べやすく頭と身が離れてます。タンドリーチキンと同じく香辛料が強くないです。また、エビの旨みが下に敷いてある野菜に染み込んで全部美味しい。
海鮮炒め(写真撮り忘れ)
タイ風炒めのようですが、これが1番美味しかったです。色は濃いのですが、イカやエビがゴロゴロ入ってってコクがあるのにあっさり。中華とは違うし、表現し難いですが日本人が好きな味付け。
チーズナンとバターチキンカレー(写真撮り忘れ)
この2つは、日本にあるインド人が作るカレー屋のカレーとナンです♪
厨房で働く人も、全員が外国の方なので本場の味が楽しめると思います。ご馳走様ですした。
