I stopped by the Okahashi Kome Line for lunch. This is my first time at the Yushima store, but I have used other stores. There was no rice line menu, but unusually there was Taiwanese Ramen (880 yen). It is rare to find Taiwanese Ramen, a typical Nagoya food menu item that is not available in Taiwan, at places other than Misen. I was told that I could get a half mapo bowl for an additional 100 yen, so I ordered just the head without the rice. After a while, the Taiwanese Ramen that was brought to me came with a half-mapo bowl (not without rice), so I went to the staff at the restaurant, but they seemed to be okay with it (I'm Chinese and it's difficult to communicate with them). I had no choice but to leave the rice behind. Taiwanese Ramen is straight noodles, flavored with spicy mince and chives. The noodles were soft and I would have liked them to have been boiled a little harder, but it wasn't bad. It tasted better than the food I had at Ajisen in Tokyo.
