最近の上野御徒町エリアはマジ中華がまん延。
ここもその一つです。
あんまりお目にかかれない中国東北地方の料理が食べれます。インバウンド復活で、金曜日ってのもあるけど広い店内の7割は中国の方。しかも21:00過ぎても席待ちがいてかなりの人気店です。
上海赴任中に色々な東北地方の料理を食べましたが
この店もまんまの味、昨今流行りのマジ中華ド真ん中です（笑）
日本人は若い女性客が大半。2.3年前ならこの味は敬遠されていたと思うけど、クミンタップリのスパイスカレーやパクチー好きが日本でも増えたせいか
本場の中華料理にもアジャストできるようになったのだな～と思いましたね。
豚の脚の関節部分を濃い味で調理した料理は骨髄の部分をストローでチュウチュウ吸って食べるなんてスゲ～! 骨の周りの肉はめちゃ旨い。私の好きなヤンロー(ラム肉の串焼き)も中々です。
都内に何店舗か展開してるようでこれからも流行りそうなイメージです。接客はちょいと残念だったけど、普段は見ない数々のマジ中華料理は旨いし話のネタにもってこいだと思いますよ。
