On this day, we drank in Ueno. While walking from Otonba to Yushima, I decided to stop by a shop I had been curious about going to. Although it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I was curious about the beef cutlet on the menu (^^) There were no customers in front of me as it was just opening time. Compared to the bustle of Ueno, Yushima is calmer. The store seems to have opened relatively recently, so maybe it's not well known yet (´-`).｡oO The sign outside said it was 199 yen for any number of highballs, so let's start with that. The appetizer is mountain jellyfish, which is rare. It has a crunchy texture and is well seasoned. If the appetizer is good, your expectations will increase☆ Potato salad and top-quality beef fatty cutlet. It said wasabi soy sauce, garlic soy sauce, and rock salt, so I thought I'd choose, but I was told that all of them come with it. I'm also curious about the other items, but I guess it's a complimentary item (^◇^;) per person...I'm a little happy that the potato salad comes with 1,000 cabbage☆It's a sticky type that has been strained well, but it's too light. It's not too heavy, it's a good seasoning (^-^) and the quantity is quite good (lol).Although the Toro Katsu is a bit small, for 420 yen, it's one plate per person. Personally, I feel like the beef cutlet doesn't really change that much no matter where you eat it. The fatty pork cutlet here is quite delicious (^ω^) This is the third restaurant I've eaten that day, so this is it. I thought this one was pretty good ☆ The seasoning may suit my tastes, but I'd like to try different things. However, when it comes to drinks, the problem is that the highballs are so cheap that it's hard to go anywhere else (although it's not like the others are expensive). The location is good, right next to Yushima Station, so I'll come back again (^^)
