このお店は中国出身で日本に40年以上在住している中国人社長に連れられて入りました。
上野広小路の湯島側にあり、目立たないのに満席の人気でした。お客さんのほとんどが中国の若者でした。
元々中華料理は好きで、御徒町だけでも５軒以上は入っていたつもりでしたが、ここの羊肉串焼きはとっても美味しいのでお勧めです。この日は羊肉串を中心にしてさっさと食べて次のお店に向かいましたので、次回はじっくりと色々なものを食べたいと期待しています。
店内は現代中国若者風で日本人には馴染みが薄いネオン焼けしそうな照明です。
大半はオープンテーブルの席で壁に沿って半個室があります。中々半個室の予約が取れないそうです。
ここの目玉は羊肉串ですね。各テーブル練炭のロースターが持ち込まれ、串を溝に置くと電動ギアにより串が自動で回転します。手焼きで放置して焦がす心配がなくとても良い焼き加減に焼けます。中華調味料も楽しめます。
水餃子はまあまあかな。。お腹いっぱいにするには良いと思います。
牛の血管は触感を楽しめます。
とっても美味しいのでお勧めです。
