中国で27店舗以上を展開する羊不同烤小串（ヤンブートンカオシャオチュァン）が2022年に日本初上陸、御徒町にオープンしたというニュースを耳にしました。以来とても興味があり、一度訪れたいと思っていて、行ってきました。羊不同烤小串は、ネオンきらめくお洒落な店内で、羊肉串をはじめとした約50種類の串焼きを卓上自動ロースター機で自身で焼いて食べる方式のお店です。羊不同烤小串の本店があるのは中国吉林省延吉市（北朝鮮やロシアとの国境に位置するエリア）で、この串焼きは、その地区でポピュラーな延辺式串焼きというお料理なのだそうです。
予約したのは【期間限定】2時間飲み放題＋自動ロースター機で焼く串10本セット（2,980円）のコースです。卓上自動ロースター機は、串をセットすると自動的に回転し、ちょうどいい感じで羊肉串を焼いてくれます。簡単です。そしてウマいです。私たちはコースの羊肉串10本を瞬間的に平らげ、牛肉串、台湾風味ウインナー串、魚団子串他を追加して食べました。これ流行るかも。
