友人のオススメで蛙鍋を食べに行きましたー！
中国料理に欠かせない蛙とザリガニ
辛さ大辛にして、ハァーハァー言いながら食べてました。蛙は鶏肉みたいな感じで臭みもなく、とても食べやすかった。鶏肉よりおいしいかもー！
ただ骨がかなりあるので、少し面倒くさい感じはしたけど、ヘルシーでオススメです。
ザリガニは少しクセと臭みがあって
好き嫌いに分かれるかと思います。
食べれる場所が少なく、食べ方がよくわからない。ロブスターの小さいバージョンかなって笑
三段の鍋も初めて見たし、最近中国での流行りみたい！
