ラム点心を求めてモンゴル料理屋へ〜(*´ｪ`*)
1枚目のグロテスクな写真…何って思いますよね？
ラムの胃袋なんです！
中にはラムの肉団子、お団子ってよりはまとまり無い
ごろっとした食感の柔らかいお肉が詰まってる感じ。
臭みは個人的には感じず。
添えてあるタレからはにんにくの匂い…これが臭み消しなのか…と食べてみたらお酢のような酸味。
にんにくとお酢とネギ…？
不思議な味わい、癖になる。
焼売は生姜が香る優しい味わい。
バンシー（モンゴル水餃子）が肉肉しかったー！
羊食べてる感が欲しい人にオススメ！
ラム好きの友達も大満足してました。
ホントはもっと色々食べたかったけど今宵は梯子酒じゃ〜！って事でお店を後にしました。
