``Tumiyaki Yakiton Sakaba TONTON Ueno Branch'' is located in the Ameyoko area, a few minutes walk from the main entrance of Ueno Station. I visited for the first time at dusk in mid-January. This is a public bar open 24 hours. The restaurant has a total of 200 seats, including table seats and private rooms. I was guided to a table for two. First, I took a look at the snack menu on the table with a ``Perfect Suntory Beer Medium Mug'' (429 yen tax included) in hand. On this day, I ordered the ``Pork Skewers Okamase Five-piece Assortment'' (539 yen). The grilled food didn't come out very often, but there was a generous amount of salted kelp cabbage, so I didn't have to worry about snacks while I waited. The pottery will soon appear. The ``5-piece pork skewer platter'' includes liver, belly, pork belly, etc., and I left it up to you how to grill it, but there were 2 sauces and 3 salts. The sauce was a bit too strong and salty for me, but the salt was just right and it was delicious (^^) After finishing my beer, I ordered the ``Chu-hai'' (319 yen including tax). For the grilled dishes, I ordered ``Negima'' and ``Chicken skin'' (110 yen each, orders start from 2 pieces) with salt. I was a little surprised at how voluminous the chicken skin was. The taste was good and I was very satisfied (^^) On this day, I ordered another cup of chuhai and paid the bill. Thank you for the meal.
