This charcoal-grilled eel specialty store was born from the owner's desire to ``enjoy high-quality eel on a daily basis.'' One of our specialties is the strong sauce from Gifu Prefecture. This is our proud secret sauce, which has been improved by adjusting the salt concentration and sugar content using the same manufacturing method since the company's founding. The second one is “Minojiyaki”. The heat and the degree of grilling are also important as it determines how well the sauce penetrates the eel. It is truly a craftsmanship that requires the experience and sense of a craftsman. Please enjoy the crispy, crunchy, and fluffy texture of Kansai-style food that is grilled without steaming.

We recommend Western sake that goes well with the rich sauce of eel bowls and kabayaki, and Japanese sake that goes well with the dashi soup of hitsumabushi. We always stock seven types of sake, mainly Junmai sake from Gifu Prefecture. For standard items, we have "Nagaragawa Junmai Sake" and other rare bottles from Ishikawa Prefecture. The wines are carefully selected from 3 types of red, 1 type of white, and 1 type of orange from France. Ripe grapes from the warm climates of the Loire region and southern France pair perfectly with eel. To order a bottle of wine, please select from the wine list.

The store is located on the 1st floor of a building right next to Suehirocho Station. We are also particular about the use of lighting, deliberately setting it to be dark so that the spotlights can shine on the bowls and rice bowls. Comfortable music plays as if you are in a hotel lounge, and a large flower is decorated in the center of the store, giving it an attractive atmosphere that is not typical of a long-established Japanese Japanese-style meal. There are counter seats suitable for solo travelers and dates, as well as table seats with armchairs. Semi-private rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. Perfect for entertaining and banquets.
