力強い地焼のひつまぶしを堪能
1名でもネット予約が可能。
休日の床屋の帰りに立ち寄りました。
QRコードから、サイトで注文する形態です。
ひつまぶし、結構、値段に幅があります。
お店の方にしつこく、値段の差が鰻の質に
関係するのか、質問。
値段の差は鰻の量の差であり、鰻は同じ物を
使っているとのこと。
日によって変わるようですが、この日は静岡産。
いろいろ迷って、きも焼き付きの上ひつまぶしに。
鰻を待つ間、何かつまむかどうか？
20分くらいで提供できるとのことなので、
何も頼まず、サービスで出てきたキャベツと
胡瓜の浅漬けで時間を潰します。
言葉通り、20分足らずで着丼しました。
これはとても好みの味です！
タレは控えめな甘口ですが、醤油のフレッシュな
香りが際立っていて、結構キレのある、
ご飯が進む味付けです。
地焼の皮目はかなり黒々としてますが、
この焦げが絶妙！鰻から染み出す脂、
肝焼きのねっとりとした濃厚な旨味、
タレの醤油のキレと混然となり、
白飯にまぶされて止揚されております…
出汁茶漬けで締めずに、もう一度、
ひつまぶしに戻るのが私の好きな食べ方！
大満足です。

「わかっているじゃん」と勝手に悦にいって

再訪。地焼きの鰻、定期的に食べたくなります。
並から究極まで5階級。以前聞いた時には、
鰻の質には違いはなく、量の差だと伺いました。
珍しく理性が働いて、上品に上を選択。
タレは甘さを感じますが、しつこさがなく、
ひつまぶしによく合います。皮目の香ばしさが
たまらないですね。
店内も広々としていて、サービスも丁寧。
駅近だし通ってしまいそうです。
いずれ全階級制覇しそうです…
