I wanted to eat some delicious hitsumabushi, so I went to Minokane, an eel restaurant about a 2-minute walk from Suehirocho Station, for lunch on a public holiday. The inside of the store is clean and has a luxurious feel. It seems to be easy to use for older families and calm work-related people. I ordered the Hitsumabushi with Liver (6,950 yen) Since it is Hitsumabushi, you can eat it in 3 ways: as is, mixed with condiments, or with dashi soup, so you can eat it without getting bored. The eel itself was fluffy and I personally found it most delicious when eaten as is. First of all, you can get pickles to cleanse your palate, but the taste was bland and I would have liked a little more salt. Eel is a good price everywhere. The taste is very delicious, but if you balance the cost with it, I'd probably only treat myself to it once in a while. If you are asked about a delicious eel restaurant in Tokyo, I think you can recommend it without any worries.
