ひつまぶし上5,550円をいただきました。美味しかったです。
ウナギがですね。意外と硬めでした。硬いというか弾力があってしっかりと噛みごたえがある感じ。あとでお出汁をかけても崩れないようにでしょうか。味はほんのり甘みで勿論臭みは全くないです。タレも甘すぎず辛すぎずちょうどよかったです。
薬味に本わさびがついてるんですが、全然辛くなくてびっくり。こんな緑を味わうようなワサビも久々でした。
最初に浅漬けを出してくださるんですが、ほんのり柚子がきいてて上品な仕上がり。この最初の浅漬けを食べると、「ああ、このお店はこういう味つけなんだ。」と全体の味のイメージが広がる感じです。どのお料理も味付けの上品さは一貫していたと思います。
卵焼きがついてたんですが、これがまたすごく柔らかくて、うっすら心地よい甘みで美味しかったです。
