秋葉原駅からは徒歩7分。
祝日の19時ごろに行きました。
事前に予約していたためすんなりと入れましたが、お客さんも多くて賑わっていました。
20時近くになるとほぼ満席状態で、お店の人気ぶりが伺えます。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、デートにもぴったりです。
頼んだのは、肝入りひつまぶし 上。
大きなお膳にやってきた大きなひつまぶしにインパクト抜群で感動ものです。
パリッと焼き上げられた鰻に濃厚なタレがベストマッチ。
まずはそのまま頂きますが、もう絶品。
そして、お出汁をかけて頂いても絶品。
ネギやワサビなど薬味もいい味を引き出してくれるアクセントに！
味変は他にもあって、お店自慢の濃厚タレをかけて頂くのがとってもオススメ。
旨味を凝縮させたタレが鰻の脂と、炭火の燻香をより引き立ててめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
ボリュームも満点でお腹いっぱいで、
いろんな食べ方で味わえて、とってもサイコーッでした！
メニューも豊富なので、他のメニューも気になります。
