食べログで見つけて訪問。
一本裏の通りにあって目立たない場所にあるが、
店構えは大きくてきれいなお店。
店内も鰻屋とは思えない広さです。
さてメニューは、ひつまぶし・鰻丼が各種取り揃っているようで
今回は鰻丼の上（４９５０円）を注文
それほど待たされることもなくやってきた丼。
蓋から少し鰻がはみ出ているのはいい演出。
蓋を開けると大きめの二切れのうなぎが。
表面は焦げが多めで、香りが甘い。
想像どおり、パリッパリの焼き加減でかなりの甘さ。
ひつまぶしの前段階のうなぎという感じですね
でも少しふんわり感もあって鰻丼としても美味しい
厚みは十分あり
ご飯の量は多少うなぎに対して多い印象
ただ、うざくと卵焼きがついていて、それらも含めるとご飯は足りないくらいでしょうか
こちらのお店は岐阜が本店だそうですね。
ふと思い出すと、うなぎ四代目菊川、うな富士、といった、
中部地方の鰻の進出が増えてますね。
コロナ後の去年くらいから増えてきている気がします。
地方の老舗になかなか行けない身としては、こうして進出してきてくれるのは嬉しいことです。
