上野のガード下で呑み会。
ホルモンの美味しいお店があると聞きこちらへ。
こちらはまさしくガード下にあります。
雰囲気ありますね。
〇赤ウインナー 380円
時々無性に食べたくなる赤ウインナー。
メニューにあるのを見つけると注文してしまいます。
素朴ないつもと変わらない味。
やっぱりいいですね。
〇いぶりがっこのポテトサラダ 480円
いぶりがっこを刻んでポテトサラダの上に。
いぶりがっこの香りと食感。
ポテトサラダとよく合います。
このメニューも外せません。
〇もつ煮込み 480円
味が濃い目のもつ煮。
ホルモン屋さんでもつ煮は絶対ですかね。
味が濃い目に仕上がっているのでお酒が進みます。
〇ミックスホルモン「赤」 380円
こちらの名物。
赤と白がありますが、赤は醤油ダレ。
白はレモン塩だれとなっています。
部位はフワ・キクアブラ・ガツ。
濃い目の味付けでお酒が進みます。
これはいいですね。
中身は、テッポー、ガツなど。
どれも美味しい料理でした。
大満足で次の飲み歩きへ。
