鶏皮、大山鶏のキムチ炒め。
お通しはピリ辛の春雨とハムの和え物。これが380円とけっこうなインパクトながらも、結果的にはこれが一番美味しい気がする。
鶏皮は揚げたのか焼いたのか、タレが多めなのもあるのだろうけど、ウェッティな仕上がり。
大山鶏とキムチの炒め。しっかりとピリ辛味でご飯に合いそうな感じなのだが、炒めたのか？むしり、蒸し鶏の方が合いそうな味わい。まぁ、キムチと合わせるなら豚の方が良いということか？
銘柄不明の香るハイボールが190円が神。
