今日は上野でランチをいただきます。
中央通り沿いにあるパスタ屋に行くも、今日はこれから修学旅行の学生さんに料理を提供するので、提供に30分程度かかると言われましたので、出直すことに。
すでにパスタの口になっている。
イタリアンダイニングDONA 上野店 跡地に2022年12月14日オープンのこちらを思い出しましたので、行ってみることにします。
12時3分入店、先客なし、後客6人。
ランチメニューは、税込
ステーキランチ 1,800円
ローストビーフ丼 1,500円
パスタランチ 1,200円
パスタランチは、チーズサラダ、パン、ワンドリンク付き。
カルボナーラにホットコーヒーをオーダー。
店内は開放感があり、クラッシックなBGMが優雅に流れている。
何ともスローな気分に。
オーダーから15分程度で、サラダが出てきました。
イタリアのチーズ、すりおろしたパルミジャーノ・レッジャーノがトッピング。
コクがあって、段々と旨みが感じられます。
実際もスロー、注文して30分程度で提供(^^;;
パスタは、アルデンテではないが、程よい食感
ベーコンは、えんみ軽め、黒胡椒との相性がいい。
チーズの香りが、食欲をそそりますね。
残ったソースは、パンと一緒にいただきました。
食後のコーヒーは、時間がないので先に用意してもらいます。
コーヒーはひきたてなので、風味が良く分かります。
雰囲気や味は最高なのですが、忙しないサラリーマンにはちょっと優しくないですね。(^^;;
