Today I went to ``Chiuya'' for lunch (Photo 1). Machi Chuka is located a short distance from Tokyo Metro Suehirocho Station in the direction of Kanda Myojin. Photos 2 and 3 are the lunch menu that was displayed in front of the store. It was well after 1pm when I entered the store. Even so, there were still quite a few customers who wanted to spend their lunch here. I sit in an empty seat. I immediately ordered the "Ishiyaki Mapo Tofu Set Meal (¥850)". When I saw the menu in front of the restaurant, I thought it might be something unique to this restaurant, so I went for it. It took about 5 minutes (Photo 4). It was piping hot when it arrived. The staff at the store also said, ``It's hot, so please be careful.'' While drinking the soup, stir for a while and let it cool down. I ate it when the steam had subsided a little. There are three levels of spiciness, which you specify when ordering, and I choose the mildest level of spiciness, ``Shospicy,'' but the spiciness is still at an average level. After all, Szechuan Cuisine is difficult for the average Japanese person. Still, it was piping hot and delicious and I finished it all the way to the end. It was delicious. The taste is of good quality, and the inside of the restaurant is clean and not greasy. It's located a little far from the main street and the station, so I thought it was a hidden gem. Completed
