上野広小路にガチ中華の火鍋がオープンしたと聞いて初訪問
場所は湯島方向に向かう春日通り沿いに面したビルの2階と3階
潮汕火鍋とは中国広東省の東側のエリアで食べられているしゃぶしゃぶ
オープンしたばかりということで店内は清潔感ありほぼ満席でした
ガチ中華ではお馴染みのタブレットでオーダーするスタイル
まだオープンしたばかりのためか写真無しのメニューも多く、一応タブレットに日本語に切り替えボタンはありますが、操作ボタンの言語が切り替わるだけで、メニューの表示は中国語のままなので、日本人にはちょっと難易度高いかも
火鍋のスープは牛骨、牛鞭、牛テールの3種類から選び、調味料はカウンターでカスタムする本場のスタイルです
昨今のガチ中華ブームで一般的な辛い火鍋屋はかなり増えていますが、日本のしゃぶしゃぶほど薄くない食べ応えのある牛肉を楽しむ潮汕牛肉火鍋は辛いものが苦手な人にもおすすめできるお店です
