最近すごい勢いでガチ中華のお店がオープンしている上野に河南料理のお店が出来たと聞き初訪問
場所は不忍池のT字路をアメ横方向に入った路地の地下1階にあります
メニューを見ると河南料理というより一般的な中国料理は何でもあるようなラインナップで、すべて番号が振ってあり全部で162番までありました
河南料理といえば羊骨スープに手打ち極太麺の「羊肉燴麺」は外せない一品
オーダーすると巨漢の店主が手打ちを始め、ドスン！ドスン！という音が店内に鳴り響きライブ感あります
10分ほどで着丼した一杯は白濁した羊骨スープが独特な香りで、飲むと独特のクミンが効いた本番の味が楽しめます
途中から味変で投入した卓上の自家製ラー油は超激辛なので入れ過ぎは要注意
手打ち極太麺もかなり食べ応えがありボリューミーな一杯でした
