いつの間にか新しいお店が出来てたので検索してみたところ､手打ちの中国ラーメンを提供してるお店みたい。
地下にあるお店に入ってみると客も店員もほぼ中国人のようで､中国語が大声で飛び交ってる店内に日本人は私一人だけの様子だった。まぁ日本政府の政策とかでは中国を始め､外国からの移民を更に増やす方針のようなので､今後もこういったお店は増えていくのだろう。
こちらの『牛魔王』という店名からも想像できるが牛肉を乗せた『牛魔王牛肉ラーメン』がウリらしい。
でも他の方々の『牛魔王牛肉ラーメン』の写真を見てみたところ､何かあまり美味しそうには見えなかったので同じく店名を冠している『牛魔王海鮮ラーメン』というメニューを注文してみた。
その後から厨房でバンバンと大きな音を立てて麺を打ち始めたのだが､もしかしてこちらのお店って八丁堀の七彩さんのように注文が入ってから麺を打つお店なのかな？
配膳されたラーメンを食べてみるが､割と柔らかい食感の平打ち麺でさっき打ってた作り立ての麺なのかどうかは分からなかった。
スープは優しい味の塩で具材にはエビ､イカ､豚肉､ウズラの卵や沢山の野菜類も乗っていて結構ボリュームがある。
恐らくは具材とスープを一緒に煮込んでいるのかと思うが､海鮮の風味もあってなかなか美味かった。
