牛魔王。西遊記の中に出て来るえらい強いお人・・・いや、白牛。
事の発端は、火焔山（かえんざん）と呼ばれる燃え盛る山が越えられない三蔵法師一行。
水でも消えないし、そんな大量の水と寒さで死にかける悟空。
うーむ。悩んでいると、炎を消すことが出来る宝貝「芭蕉扇」を持つ鉄扇公主がいるらしいと聞きつけた。で、交渉決裂なのかいきなり戦ったのかは不明ですが、抵抗するので鉄扇公主の旦那であり、悟空と義兄弟の契りを交わした牛魔王に頼みに行く。行くってなに？愛人宅に入り浸っているみたいなんですねぇ。
で、行ってみたが、色々あって戦いとなり撤退となる。
その後、化け合戦で芭蕉扇を取ったり取られたりしたのち、愛人宅に帰っていた牛魔王に大戦争を仕掛け、天界の軍隊も加わり、最後には正妻（鉄扇公主ね）の嘆願もあってようやく降伏する・・・なんて物語になるようです。
の、名をあやかるお店です。いい人なのか？あ、牛なのか？
日本的に言えば、怨霊となり恐れられつつ奉られている、菅原道真とか平将門のような物かな？
当初、麺狙いでしたが、何故か呑みに変わる。
グラスで紹興酒ないか？と言ったら一本１０００円の方がおすすめとのことで乗っかりました。
そのどれもの値段が大体１０００円前後。いや千円ちょいがほとんどかな？
夫婦肺片が１０００円。水煮は１５００円。
ラーメンは８００円。唐揚げは９００円。
キュウリのたたきも９００円です。唐揚げと同じ値段だよ。
どんだけの量で出てくるのか？わからん。おっかなくて頼めん。
でも、それが良いねぇ。ギャンブル狂の血が騒ぎます。
味わいが微妙です。
夫婦肺片。美味い気もするのだけれど、臭みが残る風味。
そう言うお店であまり波長の合わないお店はありましたが、味付けがなんか現地っぽくて良い感じなんです。
よりリアルな現地の庶民味なのかもしれません。
ギリ受け入れられる苦手な風味が何と無くリアルです。
求めていた様なそうじゃ無い様な・・・
加調たっぷりな味だと思います。
他の人は皆麺類を注文。
おいらもそのつもりだったのに・・・いい気分ですねぇ。あ、もう酔った。
で、もう一品をラム肉のクミン炒めにしました。
こちらもリアルな味わい。
お腹が一杯です。お酒も酔ってこれ以上は飲めない。と言ってもほんのちょっと残っただけですけどね。
うん。結果満足です。
今度はラーメンを食べたいです。
