御徒町駅近く、春日通りを昭和通り方面に歩き、台東４丁目交差点の手前の路地を入ったところにあるビアバー。
以前から知っていてＢＭしていたお店です。
とある平日のこの日。
他所で軽く呑んでから帰宅の途に就きます。
バスで都営地下鉄の駅に向かおうとしますたが、コチラお店があったことを思い出し、バス停の近くにある路地に入り、コチラの店に飛び込みます。
コチラ、バーと言ってもクラフトビールがメインのビアバーのようです。
しかし、他所で呑んできたアタシはビールをスルー。
まぁ、クラフトビールと言うのはいろいろ種類があって、好みの味に当たらない時もあります。そのわりには単価が張るので呑んだ経験があって「美味しい」と感じた銘柄ならば注文しますが、積極的にオーダーする気にはなりません。
そんなわけで、ビールは注文せずにメニューを見てみます。
スピリッツ・カクテル系のメニューのところには「ジンリッキー」はありますが「ウオッカリッキー」はありません。
しかし、スピリッツが違うだけでレシピは同じなのでてウオッカリッキーを注文です。
お店の方も違和感なく「はい」との返事。
すでにそれなりの呑み喰いをしていたのですが、ツマミにはフィッシュ＆チップスのハーフサイズをお願いします。
ウオッカリッキーが提供されます。
いつものようにアルコールはやや強めなもののさわやかな柑橘系のロングカクテル。
そして、フィッシュ＆チップス。
コチラのチップスはフレンチフライ。まあ無難でしょう。
ケチャップとタルタルソース、そして失念しましたが、もう１種類のソースが添えられていました。
フィッシュは大ぶりのものが１つ。
タルタルソースをつけて喰らうのがウマいです。
そのフィッシュの下にはレタスなどの野菜。他所では野菜の付け合わせなど無い場合も多いので意外とこれが嬉しいかも。
アルコールはアイリッシュ・ブッシュミルズのソーダ割を追加です。
コチラではチェイサーも漬けてくれます。
まろやかな味わいのアイリッシュ。それをソーダで割っていますから口当たりも良く呑みやすいです。
他所で呑んできているので、このあたりで目が廻り出します。
アタシはお会計を済ませてササッと腰を上げます。
カジュアルなビアバーで居心地も良いです。
軽く呑んだあとの「仕上げ」として重宝なビアバーだと思います。
