白身魚に鴨の血追加。結構本場に近い味で大満足です。トマト牛肉は普通かな。
魚肉も米線もかなりあります。
色々あるので試してみたいと思います。
トマトと薄切り牛肉入り米線をいただきました。
スープは出汁と具材の旨味がよく出ていて深みがありとても美味しかったです。
麺はツルツルと喉越しがよく牛肉は柔らかで味付けも良かったです。
