今回はコース¥5500で。
内容
・シェフ‘sサラダ
・アンチョビポテト
・お肉の前菜盛り合わせ
・トンテキ
・牛と鶏盛り合わせ
・雲丹のクリームパスタ
シェフ‘sサラダから。
これで6人前ですが、底がめちゃ深くていきなりのボリューム。笑
ドレッシングが濃いめだけど最終的にはさっぱり食べれる感じになっていて。
アンチョビポテトも山盛り。
ドリンク飲み放題なのでひたすらつまむ。
お肉の前菜盛り合わせも豪華。
鶏レバーのムース、パテドカンパーニュ
生ハム、モルタデッラハム
ピカンテサラミ、ゼッポリ
ライスコロッケ、ガレットとアボガドムース
というラインナップ。
アボガドムースがアボカド感が強いわけではなく甘いのだけれどもなんだか1番印象的。
ここからまたお肉がどどんと。
まずはトンテキ
柔らかい肉とこの濃いいい味付けよ。
ちょっと白米欲しいと思ったのはここだけの話、、、笑
牛と鶏盛り合わせは
これまたボリュームすごいし、肉もパサつきなどなくちょっと本当に期待以上に美味しいのです。
¥5500のコースでこんなにすごいの、、、。
〆は雲丹のクリームパスタ
生パスタになっており、最後にワインを駆け込みながらサラッと完食。まだまだ行けた。笑
¥5500あなどることなかれ。
ワインもグラスもちゃんとしており、
みんなでカジュアルにわいわい楽しむに
