香港の沈まされてしまったレストラン船の「珍寶」が復活？！と香港迷界隈で騒ぎになったけど、まぁ予想通り、無関係な大陸資本店だったわけですが、、、
一応、広東っぽい料理もあるので人柱しにgo。ほんとはもっと早く来ようと思いつつ、機会なく。
店はゴージャス、個室居酒屋方式で、小さい部屋が並んでる。
腸粉。2かけでギブアップ。
まず、ぬるいってどゆこと？
皮は既製品の冷凍と推測。
こんなに硬い腸粉、初めて食べたわ。(怒)
蝦焼売は、全くもってほぼ「日式肉焼売」で、おまけに化調だく。
スペアリブの豆豉蒸しは、、味付け的に違う食べ物。
エッグタルトは写真の通りべニョべニョ。
地雷だろうと予想していたから、ショックは無いけど。。。
久しぶりに清々しいほどに撃沈。
